Domino’s advertises their Hand Tossed Pizza, but there’s no mention of Hand Caught Pizza!
Watched documentary on pizza franchises. Did you know that Domino’s Pizza original slogan was: “If we don’t deliver your pizza in 30 minutes, we’ll beat up the driver, and give you his wallet.”Pizza Hut original slogan: “All of our pizzas are bullet proof.”
Kellyanne: “Honey, we have lasagna for dinner, tonight.”
Husband: “But this is pizza!”
In the early days, pizza delivery was not popular because of the messiness caused by the vertical pizza boxes.
One day, pizza delivery man, Herb Doodleberry invented the horizontal pizza box, making pizzas being delivered nice and flat, rather than curled up and messy. Herb became an instant celebrity.
But one day, someone found out that Herb did not invent the horizontal pizza box, but rather, Herb used a vertical pizza box, and leaned it horizontal. Herb was immediately considered a fraud by all, and lived the rest of his days despised and penniless.
